Q: Do I need a passport?
A: Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico and must be valid for the entirety of your trip.Q: What is the best airport to fly into?
A: Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It is the only commercial airport that serves the Cabo San Lucas area and is about a 40-minute drive to the resort.Q: How do I get from the airport to the resort?
A: Ubers are not allowed to pick up at the airport. We are working with our wedding planner to coordinate shuttle vans during peak arrival times for guests to book and share. If you haven’t already, please provide your arrival date and time via the RSVP page. We will be in touch soon to confirm details!Guests are also welcome to coordinate their own transportation, there are many reputable group and private shuttle vans that serve the hotel corridor and do direct resort drop offs. We have used companies like Zaboten and Cabo Lindo Transport.
Q: Can I use Uber?
A: Yes, Uber is available in Cabo and it is a convenient way to get around! Downtown is quite walkable and compact, but Uber works well for longer trips and to visit different areas of Cabo. While the resort does not allow Ubers to pick up from the resort, you can use Uber to return to the resort, but will be required to show you are a registered guest!Q: How do I travel from the resort to downtown?
A: The resort partners with a car/taxi service (available for a fee). Guests can arrange rides through the concierge or front desk. The resort also offers a free shuttle to their sister resorts downtown. It is a ~15 min walk from the sister resorts to the center of downtown - make sure to stop at The Office for a margarita on your walk! Please note: Uber is not allowed to pick up from the resort, but you can return to the resort using Uber. -

Q: What should I know about swimming in Cabo?
A: Cabo San Lucas sits at the tip of the Baja Peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. This creates powerful, shifting currents and unpredictable wave action, making the beach at Pueblo Bonito not swimmable. The beach is great for walks, relaxing on cabanas and viewing the sunrise and sunset. For a safe dip, stick to swimmable beaches like Medano or Chileno, join us poolside, and you can join us on the boat cruise, where we’ll stop at safe spots for swimming and snorkeling. The free resort shuttle takes you to Pueblo Bonito Rose at Medano beach.

A: Credit cards: All major credit cards are widely accepted. If asked whether to pay in USD or Pesos, always choose Pesos—your credit card company will provide a better exchange rate.Cash: U.S. dollars are commonly accepted in Cabo’s tourist areas.
